- 10 standing barbell twists (50lb on bar) -- greatest exercise ever
- 10/side weighted side bends (45lb)
- 10 knees-to-elbows
- 15 weighted sit ups (45lb)
Finisher -- DB Swings: 2 x 15 x 60
