Wednesday: Ab-ish in the AM

Part 1 -- Day 4 xmas workout, "Ab-ish":

5 rounds for time:
5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
15 air squats

Good: 11m, Better: 8m, Best: 5m -- My time: 4:07

(right knee was clicking whole time on squats. hope that's not something bad...)
