Poach this! (heavy DB routine from Bephf)

With the heaviest DB you can, for time:
  • 2 Turkish Get Ups (each side)
  • 4 DB Snatches (each side)
  • 6 DB Rows (each side)
  • 8 DB Swings

Repeat 3x

Keep in mind that TGUs shouldn't be rushed too much so if you need to take some time there, do it.
